Hundreds celebrate Christmas at Saviour King event

Hundreds of people joined us today as we celebrated Christmas at our Saviour King events.

One of the UK's finest gospel and R&B singers, Priscilla Jones joined our own band and 50-strong choir to lead us in traditional carols, as well as performing an outstanding version of Indescribable.

At the 4.30pm service, we were joined by the Mayor of Hastings, Councillor Alan Roberts, who read from Luke's Gospel. Chief Inspector Heather Keating, who runs policing in Hastings, read the same verses at our 7pm service.

The evening finished with rousing renditions of Joy to the World and Ding Dong Merrily on High, before we enjoyed scrumptious mince pies and mulled wine.
