KING’S CHURCH NEWS

17th April 2015

Quiz the election candidates!

In the run-up to the General Election on 7 May, we will be hosting the Hastings & St Leonards Church Together hustings event at the Hastings Centre.

This event, which takes place at 7pm on Tuesday 28 April, is an opportunity to hear from our local political candidates about themselves and their commitment to Hastings & Rye, as well as on their parties’ policies that affect local Christians, church communities, and society as a whole.

Come along to hear from each of the Hastings & Rye candidates: Jake Bowers (Green), Andrew Michael (UKIP), Sarah Owen (Labour), Nick Perry (Liberal Democrat) and current MP Amber Rudd (Conservative). The hustings will be chaired by Bishop of Lewes Richard Jackson.

If you have a question you’d like to ask, please submit this in advance by emailing thelyttles@uwclub.net or calling 07730 065680.

Don’t miss this opportunity to join together with other local Christians and hear about values and policies that affect us all.
